The Holly Wilbur diaries
13th March 2004

Wow! Time sure flies when you’re having fun! This past weekend I had the opportunity to attend the Arnold Classic. What an event! I couldn’t believe the expo area. I have never seen so many fit people in one place! I was thrilled to meet Monica Brandt who was so nice and down to earth. I also had the pleasure of meeting Bob Kennedy. I even got to sneak a photo with Sylvester Stallone! Watching the fitness finals was truly inspiring. I was absolutely amazed at the way Jen Hendershott can move! The Arnold was a nice change of pace. It was good to get away from training for a few days.

Ah, yes, back to training. I got a little off schedule on my nutrition plan at the Arnold. That combined with lost cardio time set me back a little. However, I am so close to where I need to be. If I can just hang in there for 2 more weeks without cheating, I should be exactly where I want to be. I had an awesome routine practice today. Good energy days are sometimes hard to come by but today I felt rejuvenated and took advantage of it with a little extra routine practice.

My website has undergone some major changes. Actually, it has a whole new look with updates and new photos. Please stop by when you have a chance and drop me a line at www.hollywilbur.com. I am also still looking for sponsors. If you would like to help me raise funds for the 2004 competition season, you can purchase an autographed photo on my website or make a paypal donation.

Fitness South Beach is just 2 weeks, 2 days away!
