I tried eating a whole wheat rice cake with a bit of peanut butter on it with my half a protein drink today and It was great – no stomach sickness! I'm starting total clean eating today as FAME is quickly approaching and I've been good with the eating most of the time till now, but not totally strict! So here I go! Yesterday some of us got together to go over fitness stuff (strength,
flexibility, dance, walking, etc.) and that was a big inspiration to get busy on all my stuff! A few of us will be getting together every Sunday from now till FAME to work on our stuff... I sure need all the help and motivation I can get, so that's great! I did cardio, legs, and abs today at the gym even though I was feeling really old, tired, and weak after my weekend (as usual!), I even squeezed a tan in! I'm usually so pale and white, so when I tan EVERYONE notices and compliments it (it makes me want to be tanned all the time, but I can't do that!) I'm starting earlier this time getting my base, cause last time I had to squeeze all my tanning into 2 weeks and it was tough since I'm SO pale! I was just checking out the WNSO website and saw that they’re hosting a fitness model search at the ultimate guy show here in Toronto - April 23 & 24... if I’m anywhere near ready body-wise, I think I will do this show as a warm-up to FAME… My eating was totally clean, but not quite enough calories and protein (I missed a meal) which is different for me (usually it's too much of everything!) calories = 1414 (pretty low for me), 31 g of fat (20%), 180 g of carbs (46%), 120 g of fat

Well, I thought today’s eating went pretty well, but then I entered everything I ate into fitday.com and I had too much fat and not enough carbs! Here are the details of my not-so-perfect (but still pretty good for me - no total junk) day of eating: 1954 calories, 77g of fat (36%)!!!!!, 142g of carbs (27%), 182g of protein (38%). I find that when I don't eat my favourite goodies like cookies, cakes, etc. I feel like peanut butter and Oatmeal To-Go bars are my only kind-of junk food, but I really have to cut that a lot! Lately I’ve been trying to soak in bathes of epsom salts & relaxing lavender more (I'm so stressed and my muscles are SO sore!), so tonight, before bed I took a bath, but I really have a hard time just sitting there for at least 20 minutes, I have to get a new book or something so I have something to do! As for my workout, today I did 45 minutes of cardio and chest & triceps - lots of fun!

Today is my rest day from working out, so that makes lots of time to cook some chicken breasts up for the rest of the week, catch up on work, and maybe even clean my house up a bit before my classes start tonight! Today my eating was good until night-time... when I went a little crazy! But I'm back on track now! I was scared to input everything I ate yesterday at fitday.com, but I did anyways just to scare me from doing that type of thing again! 3106 calories!!!!, 80g fat (24%), 440g carbs (56%), 160g protein (21%) Woah! Scary! But it's over and I'm going to be very good now!!!

I’ve been doing well today with my eating and my workout (which was back, biceps, abs, and cardio - long cardio to try to make me feel a bit better about yesterday!) 2067 calories, 54g fat (24%), 223g carbs (41%), 177g protein (35%).

I just got back from working out shoulders, forearms, and long cardio! It was good! I’ve changed my mind about what my fitness routine theme is going to be and now I’m really even more pumped than before!!! I’m going to try to get my music mixed next week. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's all-day fitness workshop with Sylvia Tremblay – should be a big motivator!!!

Last night I went out clubbing (which I so rarely do ‘cause I’m usually quite the workaholic!) So I had a few drinkies (but hopefully I danced them off too)! I felt pretty tired this morning getting up bright and early for WNSO/Sylvia Tremblay fitness workshops! But it was all worth it! What an inspiration seeing all the fit girls I’ll be competing with at FAME, hearing details of FAME, trying hopelessly to walk around gracefully in my 6 inch platform heels, etc. Tonight I have shows and tomorrow I’m totally busy, so right now I’m trying to just relax and get some stuff done now!
