Hola! I hope everyone is Healthy and Happy and having a wonderful New Yr.! I know mine is starting out well considering my usual.....I just came back from vacation. I went with my family on a 4 day cruise to the Bahamas and then three days in Disney! The cruise was not EXACTLY what I was expecting but nonetheless a much needed vaca and end to my cheating ways! My husband and I are not drinkers nor gamblers and more than half the ship was made up of Senior citizens! The food was out of this world GOOD, oh my gosh, you don't even know, I ate so much, that now my belly is so adapted to being FULL, that it is a lot harder to diet. It was Freezing in Florida while on that ship, I am serious, anything was better than being in ZERO below New England but Come on, gimme a break! I came back the same colour as I was when I left! The Bahamas were gorgeous and warm, but we really didn't have too much time there. The kids LOVED it and even had a camp called "Camp Carnival" where you could actually ditch your kids until 3 in the morning, imagine that? We didn't even take full advantage of that, just went to a few shows and relaxed in the Spa for a few hours out of every day. My husband was deathly ill from motion sickness the ENTIRE last day on the ship, so that pretty much killed and it and we were definitely happy to see land, he more than I.

DISNEY was the best! I felt like a kid, it was awesome! I sure as hek never went anywhere when I was young, so we made sure our kids had a blast and they did, we all did. I can't wait to go back, it really is MAGICAL~ (laughing)

Any hoot, I have been revin up the cardio and sticking with very low weights getting ready for The Bikini Atlantic in April. It has been 3 months of doing absolutely nothing and it felt good, it was my first big break, so my body is being very responsive now because of that, which is great! You just have to take a break now and again.

In good news, I just signed with The Lyons Group, NY and I am so happy. I will be doing my first test shoot for the agency in NY next week, so we can get my composite cards out to their clients and yada yada. I will keep you update with everything that goes on with that, but for now, Be Healthy/Stay Fit/Be True* www.Tishafit.com
