 Hello Everyone, for anyone who MISSED this weekend's Arnold Classic festivities, shame on YOU!
(joking).. But seriously this is an event very much worth saving your pennies for and it keeps getting bigger every year. I first want to congratulate ALL of the athletes that participated in any of the Arnold events, you are all so talented and inspiring. My
favourite event overall every year is the "Men's Bodybuilding" YOU GUYS FREAKIN ROCK! God Bless you for having the Drive/Dedication/Discipline and Determination to get where you are. To watch this event live on stage is incredible! Markus Ruehl I am your #1 fan and you are a monster! You have to know how much love and support you have when you get on that stage. I also love Gunter, please "train me". Congrats to Jay Cutler AGAIN and dude what are you going to do with another Hummer, cuz I WILL give you my address. This year Dexter Jackson was "ON" he looked fierce,
chiselled perfection. As well as Chris Cormier, keep your head up man, in the end you cannot be
denied.. And just all of you guys know that you inspire people everyday, guys training in the gym to be just like you, you are icons and are what make the sport what it is and keep it going. Congratulations And hek what happened to Kevin Levrone, I was looking forward to seeing him on stage this year.
To all the women's fitness and figure competitors, your fan base keeps growing and growing. You all bring so much excitement to that stage while promoting a fit and healthy lifestyle, I only hope that one day I will be lucky enough to grace that stage and look half as good as any of you. Jenn Hendershott, whom I met again this year is one of the sweetest GENUINE, truly caring fitness athletes I have EVER met and she looks even better with more muscle mass this year, she just keeps getting better. Monica Brant was beautiful as she always is, a person who lights up the stage the moment she steps foot on it and of course congrats to Jenny Lynn for holding her title again this year, they are all winners regardless of their placing because they won in all their hard work before they even got there.
Adela Garcia-Friedmansky had many in the crowd in tears when she captured the title on Friday night and if you saw her performance and her humbleness who would be that happy for her as well. I just have to congratulate all of the women on Friday as well as all the AMAZING women body builders, it's absolutely unbelievable what phenomenal shape this women are in and they deserve all the recognition in the world! YOU GO GIRLS!
The EXPO was very kool as it always is, lots of freebies, gotta love freebies! Lots of great workout gear and great supplement companies and sponsors including, GNC, HUMMER, HUNTINGTON BANKS, JAN TANA,
KINGSTON, MET-RX, NAUTILUS, PHYSICAL MAGAZINE, PINNACLE, VPX SPORTS, TWINLAB, WEIDER PUBLICATIONS and many many more....If you didn't get there this time, tickets go on sale this summer, be part of that action, don't read about it. Sylvester Stallone even made a quick appearance huh..?
So all in all The Arnold was another great success, I had a blast, met so many wonderful people, Frank Zane the legend! I also made lots of great contacts which is always a great thing! I want to thank Venus Ramos one of the nicest women in the FAP and her brother we interviewed together at the EXPO this weekend and she is so beautiful inside and out, thank you Venus. I finally met another competitor I have been speaking with via the Internet for almost a
year..
