Upon initial testing of the Easy Shaper exerciser, we were impressed with how easy it is to use, and noted a surprising burn in the thigh area. We would like to use it more extensively before we formulate our final opinion.

It is worth trying out, although we did notice that the abdominal workout really isn't spectacular. The ab routine seems to be more about pulling with the arms, and the head is in an uncomfortable position. Other than that, the thigh and buttock routines are effective.
